We pack and deliver your baby & mother care products with utmost love and care.
Returns are accepted only in very specific situations to maintain hygiene & safety.

Return Eligibility

Important: Return request must be raised within 24 hours (1 day) from the delivery date.

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Wrong item or mismatched product delivered

Non-Returnable Items & Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Used, opened, or tampered products
  • Minor color or packaging variations
  • Allergic reactions or individual skin sensitivity

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID, reason, and clear photos/videos
  3. After approval, return the product (return shipping to be borne by the customer)

Items to Include in Return Package

  • Unused product in original condition
  • Original invoice or bill copy
  • Proper packaging to avoid further damage

Refund / Replacement

After inspection at our end:

  • Replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Full refund to the original payment method
