We pack and deliver your baby & mother care products with utmost love and care.
Returns are accepted only in very specific situations to maintain hygiene & safety.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received in damaged condition
- Wrong item or mismatched product delivered
Non-Returnable Items & Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Used, opened, or tampered products
- Minor color or packaging variations
- Allergic reactions or individual skin sensitivity
Return Process
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share your Order ID, reason, and clear photos/videos
- After approval, return the product (return shipping to be borne by the customer)
Items to Include in Return Package
- Unused product in original condition
- Original invoice or bill copy
- Proper packaging to avoid further damage
Refund / Replacement
After inspection at our end:
- Replacement (subject to availability), or
- Full refund to the original payment method
